Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from 7:00 am the morning after shipment from the manufacturer. If 30 days have gone by since your product shipped, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. However if your package was delayed, lost, or destroyed during shipping or other extenuating circumstances occur please contact us at RichandWandasWorld@Gmail.Com.
To be eligible for a Return, your product must be returned to us within 7 days from the day you received the product. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be returned with the original packaging for inspection. The return must also include your Order Number in the package so we can quickly process your refund. Without the Order # we will not know whom to refund the money to. If you do not know or remember your Order #, please contact us at RichandWandasWorld@Gmail.Com and we will help you find your Order # and send you Instructions for Return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer. They will not refund your money. And Rich and Wanda’s World will not be able to refund you money without the product.
Please contact us at RichandWandasWorld@Gmail.Com if you need to return a product. This way we will send you instructions for the return including the shipping address and your Order #. Plus, we will keep an eye out for the product because we know it is coming.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. If a customer has ordered several products and only some need to be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have requested your full or partial refund. You will receive the money for the product and the shipping cost of the product from the manufacturer to you. Rich and Wanda’s World does not have you your money. It is held by a third party until the transaction is complete. We will also notify you if for some reason we have to reject your refund. If your refund approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. From the time we requested the refund for you, the third party will typically return your money within three business days.
If you haven’t received a refund within three business day, first please check with your bank or credit card company. Banks and credit card companies often require a certain amount of processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at RichandWandasWorld@Gmail.Com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Sorry, but Rich and Wanda’s World cannot accept exchanges since all product ship directly from the manufacturers. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it for a refund and order a new product. Please contact us at RichandWandasWorld@Gmail.Com and we will send you directions for the return. You may order a new product at any time or wait until you receive your refund.
We are sorry, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs and the delivery for returning the product. Rich and Wanda’s World does not have a Shipping or Receiving Department because all products ship directly from the manufacturer. We cannot issue shipping labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product. If we do not receive your product, we cannot issue a refund.
